+: Easy to find, host very helpful, nice clean pool, good location especially once wwe found the back entrance. However if you dont want to be woken up in the morning take sun block eye pads as there are no black out blinds.
-: No dressing tables in either of double rooms. No mirrors near any plugs. Second double bedroom had no moirror at all let alone near a plug. And no black out blinds in bedrooms.

+: Nice pool and for the most part the villa was OK. The pool was always clean. The area in which the villa is set is a decent walk from the noisy bars which suited us fine. a car is essential
-: Upon arrival it was evident that only the villa was provided. There was no welcome pack or instructions. I dont expect too much but i would expect toilet paper and some washing up accessories including a plug for the sink! The villa had not been cleaned properly as some of the floors were dirty especially in the corners. The outside furniture was dirty and some items were in poor condition. The inside furniture was also in poor condition with the exception of the sofas. On item, a bookcase should have been removed and thrown away a long time ago. The TV did not work properly, not that we used it, and neither did the fridge. i could go on but i would get boring. The area is somewhat hit and miss in that some villas are great but others look abandoned.

+: Pool is large for the size of the garden. Staff were brilliant, easy to contact by phone and very helpful. Allowed us to check out late at 5pm on last day at no extra cost.Check in was easy due to instructions provided. Air conditioning was icy cool and temp could be adjusted.
-: The pool area is overlooked by 1st floor balconies of next villas however this didn't affect us because they were empty at time of our visit, I can't think why or when they would be used anyway.
