+: Good location. Nice seaview and spacious rooms with balcony.
-: The 3rd bed was broken and we had to change it in the middle of the night as there was no other empty room and the toilet seems to have a problem with dirty water in it coming from upper floor toilets. Very upsetting and unhealthy concerning hygiene issues. They gave us no refund for the above. They just said they were sorry.

-: Non riuscivo ad uscire con la macchina dal park della struttura, nessuno mi apriva la sbarra. Me l ha aperta il bar collegato all hotel che sapeva come fare. Avevo preso un accordo con la reception ma è andata via e non mi apriva. Mi ha dato solo un electric adaptor. Me ne servivano due.

-: The ceilings are low, it is an expensive hotel in terms of price performance and 2 star standards. The rooms could be nicer.

+: Nice view and the apartment is spacious enough.The free parking. Nice walk to the harbour area (1015 min). The beach is across the road
-: It was not very clean and the bathroom needs to be refreshed.The most negative point is the noise of the traffic. The apartment is located on a busy boulevard, with constant noise.. So we could not really enjoy the balcony . Even shutting the window did not really help, so light sleepers should avoid this place.
