The beach can be reached in just 2 minutes. Villa Sandy Beach is surrounded by well-kept gardens, just 100 meters from Latchi Beach in Polis. It features a private pool and a furnished sun terrace. The spacious villa consists of 3 levels. It overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains.
The villa is equipped with wrought-iron beds and decorated with well-chosen decorative elements. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen with living and dining area. A washing machine, a dishwasher, a stove and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player are also included. There is an extra charge for using the air conditioner The living room has a table tennis table.
Guests can relax on the sun loungers by the pool or on the sofas on the balcony, which overlooks the sea. Outdoor barbecue facilities are available on site.
Sandy Beach Villa is a few minutes drive from the center of Latchi, where beach restaurants, shops and banks operate. Paphos International Airport is 55 km away. In all areas, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi. On-site parking is free.
+: Perfect location, only few steps from the Giannakis beach, very well maintained, excellent garden, suitable for 8 people, children enjoyed the pool and table tennis, adults enjoyed the veranda and full moon views!

+: The place is fantastic.House very well equipped, did not miss anything. Aamzing garden.Very clean. 4 bedrooms, great planning.Quiet neighbourhood, the sea is very close, nice beach.Friendly hosts, very welcoming, ready to answer all questions.
-: No restaurants in walking distance for dinner. Some restaurants in walkind distance worked till 17:00.

+: Igor hat uns einen tollen Aufenthalt auf Zypern ermöglicht. Die Lage ist super, nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer. Der Pool und der Rest der Villa waren wirklich schön.
-: Teilweise ist die Villa eher für 6 als für 8 Personen ausgestattet, z.B. Stühle am Tisch auf dem Balkon. Das macht aber nichts, da man einfach Stühle vom z.B. Pool dazu stellen kann.

+: Die Gastgeber haben uns auch am späten Abend noch sehr freundlich empfangen und in die Villa eingewiesen sowie in die Umgebung. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Es ist alles da was man braucht. die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet für einen längeren Aufenthalt, egal ob Stromadapter, Ersatzbatterien etc. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, da von Latsi ca. 2 km entfernt, für uns was das sehr passend. Die Entfernung zum nicht stark besuchten Strand betrug nur 300m.
-: Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die beiden Schlafzimmer auf der Poolebene hatten nur ein kleines Bad. Der Besuch der Hausgärtner mit ihren Geräten um 8 Uhr morgens war schon früh, kann aber bestimmt mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden im Vorfeld.

+: Dom był przygotowany, otawarty. Gospodarz przyszedł po kilku minutach. Bardzo kulturalnie objaśnił nam wszystko co niezbędne do uzytkowania domu i dodatkowo wskazał atrakcje w okolicy. Bardzo to było pomocne. Podczas pobytu nie wsytapiły żadne zakłócenia. Czasami ciśnienie wody było słabe, ale nie było to w żaden sposób utrudniajace pobyt. Klimatyzacja, która była zawarta w cenie była całkowicie sprawna. Temperatura w lipcu 38 st. C robi swoje. Lokalizacja świetna, odludna, co gwarantuje spokój i mozliwość pełnego wypoczynku. Oczywiście zależy od celu podróży. My poszukiwaliśmy basenu, spokoju i bliskości plaży. i ciepłej wody w morzu. Wszystko było jak należy. Rzeczywiscie potrzebny jest samochód, aby dotrzeć na miejsce oraz żeby pojechać do sklepu. Bardzo chcemy podziekować Natalii, za to, że przyjechała specjalnie do Pafos na lotnisko przywieźć nam telefon, który niestety zapomnieliśmy zabrać z domu.

+: Alles. Die Nähe zum kristallklaren Meer. Der Balkon ist wunderschön mit fantastischem Ausblick auf Garten und etwas Meer. Gute Betten und Badezimmer.
