-: Very late check in. We waited for 2 hours to be allocated a room and check in when others ( people we knew - 3 couples) were arriving later and were checked in 1 hour before us. We were never given a satisfactory answer while at the end the member of staff who took us to our room ended the conversation abruptly, closed the door and left!The toilet flush was working 10%. We used the toilet one time and flushed about 12 times during the day...We ended up using restrooms at the lobby.

+: I made a reservation for this trip for my parents-in-laws as they love this hotel and it was already 3rd time for them. As a first time, they had a problem for a room upon their arrival at hotel however fortunately Mr. Lambrianou helps them to change a room what they are pleased. Sincere thanks once again to all who have helped.
-: It was a perfect vacation for my parents-in-laws except due to the room issue with a reception manager makes them to feel displeased on arrival at hotel. However, Mr. Lambrianou sent me a message that the issue get solved and my parents-in-laws confirmed me that they are pleased with new room.
