+: הצוות של המלון הייה ממש אדיב ונחמד.המסעדות ועוכל מגוון וטעים! המתקנים ואוורה ,המיקום מושלם!

-: עשיתי הזמנה דרך בוקינג בפעם אחרונה בחיים שלי!!! בהזמנה היה מצויין "מונית חינם משדה ". הגענו לפאפוס,אחרי חצי שעה המתנה כתבתי למלון שאנחנו בשדה ואף אחד לא פגש אותנו. למרות שמלאיתי את כל הפרטים דרך בוקינג.שילמנו 45€ על מונית. בקבלה במלון אמרו לנו שהם לא קיבלו את הפרטים ולא רשום שמגיע לנו מונית.הזמננו חדר דלקס שלא הייה בו אפילו בקבוק מים!!! אבל בסוף כיבלנו כמה בקבוקי מים ושמפניה עם פירות.החדר ממש לא נירא טוב,הכל ישן ומלא חלודה במקלחת.המגבות היו עם כתמים צהובים וחורים!

+: The overall experience was great. The hotel and room were clean. Swimming pool, breakfast and the meals during the day were excellent. The snacks offered during the daytime in particular was excellent. The entertainment was great for both adults and kids. We enjoyed the entertainment during the day and we were very pleased with the night shows as well. I will definitely consider staying again!

+: Az elhelyezkedés tetszett, a medence, a személyzet kedvessége, az svédasztalos ételek minősége. Az ételekből mindig nagy választék volt, és nagyon ízletesek voltak.

-: Az ételeket kivéve 3*-os a hely. A szobánk kicsit penészes volt, a közös helyeken (pl:folyosók, terasz) pár helyen elférne burkolat csere és egy alaposabb karbantartás. Kevés a lift, és kicsi a méretük.
