+: That the beach was closed.
-: Most of the staff didn’t really care about u. I had to ask 3 times for simple things like an extra blanked.. the “fresh beach towels” weren’t available until 9:45am! And when i asked the staff they said i need to go and ask at the Reception… wouldn’t recommend it to anyone & wouldn’t book it again! Wanted to order some water at the beach bar it was 9:57 and they said no they open at 10am and kept talking to each-other and ignored me… Definitely not more than 2 stars…

+: La posizione della struttura è buona così come il bellissimo mare. Il personale della reception e della sala colazione veramente disponibile e cortese.
-: Cosa non mi è piaciuto? Non so se lo spazio sia sufficiente per raccogliere le mie lamentele. Siamo arrivati in struttura alle due di notte e quando siamo entrati in stanza abbiamo trovato alcune blatte sul pavimento (vive e morte). Presi dalla stanchezza abbiamo ripulito e ci siamo messi a letto. La mattina successiva appena alzato ho trovato altri "ospiti" in giro per la stanza. Abbiamo allertato il servizio pulizie che tra mille scuse paradossali ci ha promesso che avrebbe risolto il problema. Cosa che non è avvenuta completamente visto che al rientro in stanza ispezionando sotto al letto abbiamo trovato altre due blatte. A quel punto, abbiamo pagato di tasca nostra un' addetta per ottenere una pulizia accettabile e una disinfestazione degli ambienti. Nonostante tutto il problema si è ripresentato il giorno dopo e a quel punto abbiamo chiesto il cambio stanza perchè si era capito che non era un problema risolvibile. Per fortuna la reception è stata solerte nell'accordarci il cambio (anche perchè avevo ventilato l'ipotesi di chiamare la polizia se necessario.....). Altri problemi in ordine sparso:1) PER AVERE UNA COPERTA ABBIAMO DOVUTO INTERPELLARE DIVERSI ADDETTI2) PULIZIA DELLA STANZA DISCUTIBILE. SI LIMITAVANO A RIFARE I LETTI3) PER AVERE I PRODOTTI DA BAGNO E GLI ASCIUGAMANI DOVEVAMO DARE LA CACCIA ALL'ADDETTO PER FARCELI DARE4) DAL RUBINETTO DEL LAVANDINO USCIVA UN FILO D'ACQUA MENTRE LA DOCCIA ERA INCROSTATA DI CALCARE5) LA PISCINA CHE AVEVAMO SOTTO CASA ERA IN UNO STATO PIETOSO SIA COME PULIZIA CHE COME MANUTENZIONE CON TANTI TASSELLI DI MOSAICO STACCATI CHE RENDEVANO IL FONDALE TAGLIENTE PER I PIEDI6) LA PORTA DI INGRESSO DELLA STANZA ANDAVA APERTA A SPALLATE PERCHE' SI INCASTRAVA7) LA MANUTENZIONE E LA PULIZIA IN GENERALE DELLA STRUTTURA LASCIANO MOLTO A DESIDERARE (HO VISTO ADDETTI ALLE PULIZIE LAVARE IL BORDO PISCINA COL MOCIO E CONTEMPORANEAMENTE ANCHE I LETTINI GALLEGGIANTI....
