+: L'appartement est magnifique, les infrastructures sont super, la piscine est magnifique, le personnel à la piscine et aux entrées était très sympathique.

-: La résidence est un peu loin de tout il faut absolument une voiture.Le service client est moyen, il faut relancer plusieurs fois et les jours de ménage ne sont pas respectés. Par ailleurs, pas commerçant. La femme de ménage a cassé un parfum et en compensation j'ai demandé quelques dosettes de plus pour la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle, ils ont refusé ... d'ailleurs 2 dosettes pour le lave linge et 3 pour le lave vaisselle pour 15 jours ... c'est peu.Dernier point: à notre étage une personne faisait le ménage dans un autre appatyement avec la musique à fond et en parlant au téléphone très fort ... pas très agréable

+: Lovely apartment in a great condominium with pretty much everything you might need. Nice pool and the best equipped gym I've ever encountered in rental properties. A cafe addition was also very welcome - great stuff, tasty coffee and very fresh pastries went down a treat.

-: Check in instructions very slightly confusing and people were always parked in our reserved space. A drying rack for the clothes would be helpful too.

+: The rooms were spacious, clean and well designed. The facilities were also excellent. We liked the different pools and the gym. Everything was brand new.

-: We had a problem with the balcony door lock which meant that someone could have accessed our apartment ( we have access to a roof top lounge and the door to the roof which anyone can access was also left open and would not lock) and our two children could have opened the balcony door. We reported on WhatsApp and via a phone call to the Senior Property Manager. We received no response or apology for the inconvenience. When I went to the security guard to ask to speak to someone, he phoned the manager infront of me (who had not answered my call 10 seconds earlier). The security guard told me that the manager didn't want to do anything as it was a Sunday night. I wonder what would have happened if we had another issue like a leak or other problem! The maintenance man who came to try and fix the door was very friendly but he still couldn't fix it so we had three days with a balcony door that wouldn't lock. The main road to the apartment was also blocked which meant an extra 15 mins to every journey to Limassol.

-: We had request to stay at least at the same building and also we asked to check in a little bit earlier as we needed to decorate the room for the bride.. not only the room was nor ready at 15:00 which is the check in time but it was around 16:00
