+: ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale degli autobus e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla storica Leda street. Via pedonale piena di negozi, bar e ristoranti e dove all’estremità nord c’è il check point. Vicino l’hotel proprio davanti al piazzale dei pullman c’è anche una bellissima area urbana Contempotanea riqualificata a verde.

+: The hotel was modern, light and bright and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was superb and the staff at the buffet were very thoughtful and hospitable. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was cool and quiet and the shower was huge and the water pressure was fabulous. There was a lovely cocktail bar restaurant in the hotel but we didn't have a chance to try it. There is no on-site parking but the hotel arranges parking at a safe public parking lot only 2 minutes walk away and for a fabulous rate of only EU4 per day. What a lovely hotel in the centre of the old town.

-: Föhn zit in de kast in een stopcontact, zou in de badkamer bevestigd moeten worden!

+: Staff were friendly and helpful and tried to put things right when I reported some issues in the room., Breakfast was excellent.

-: The room was on the ground floor with hardly any natural light, let alone a view. I had to report some small things: safe box didn't work, problem with AC, no complimentary water in the room. I asked about changing the room when I arrived but was told the hotel was full. These were all small things but, taken together, detracted from the experience.
