сервис немного подкачал: просили double, а дали twin номер, кровати сдвинуть не смогли, лампа в топшере сгорела - просили поменять, но персонал забыл, плохо работала канализация в ванной. завтраки хорошие, но вот в период с 8 до 9 аншлаг - не зайти!Отличное расположение, питание хорошее, номера староваты, но неплохие Время проживания: Январь 2018

Очень понравилось два входа в отель. Один выход в старый город, а другой на замок Шпильберг. Огромное помещение для завтрака. Шикарный шведский стол. Лучшее что я видел за 15 лет путешествий. Время проживания: Июль 2017

Кондиционер (номер 517) каждый раз сам включался и громко работал при вставление карты-ключа в номере, когда уменьшали звук при настройке, через минуту самостоятельно возвращался к прежнему объему звучания. Окна выходили на дорогу с трамваями, было шумно ночью. Дверь, которая была между номерами (смежная) стучала от движения воздуха, пришлось ночью её укреплять.Прекрасное расположение отеля по отношению к старому городу и достопримечательностям. Быстрое размещение. Завтрак выше всяких похвал! Рядом большое количество кафе, где можно вкусно и недорого поесть. Время проживания: Июль 2017

несколько раз уже здесь останавливались,придраться не к чему.в этот раз нас пытались разозлить перфоратором с соседнего этажа,но при выражении нами недовольства тут же переселили в номер,который наверное,даже лучше оплаченного. завтрак превосходный. Время проживания: Июль 2017

На ресепшене нас встретила веселая и недоброжелательная парочка администраторов, которые обсуждали нас, наивно полагая, что русские не понимают чешский. Именно они оставили неприятный штрих от отеля.Отличное расположение отеля - несколько минут и ты гуляешь по улочкам старого города. Выезд из города тоже очень удобен и не доставляет дискомфорта. Очень просторный номер - есть зона сна и зона, где можно уютно посидеть вдвоем вечером. Разнообразные и вкусные завтраки. Время проживания: Июнь 2017
