+: Все было хорошо, чисто, вкусно, приятный персонал. В номере было прохладно несмотря на 30-ти градусную жару, отличный кофе на завтрак и соки. -: На букинге было указано СПА, но на самом деле есть только маленькая сауна и процедуры «на заказ».

+: Отличное расположение, вход в парк через дорогу, там же каждую субботу фермерский рынок. Расстояние до коллонады (источников) 5 минут ходьбы. Персонал очень вежливый, приветливый и всегда готов помочь по любому вопросу. Номера просторные с высочайшими потолками и балконом. В номере очень чисто, убирают каждый день. Завтраки достаточно обильные и вкусные. Помимо кофемашины бариста готовит очень вкусный капучино и латте. Провели там прекрасные 2 недели, очень понравилось. Рекомендую!!!

+: Хорошее месторасположение. Рядом парк, рестораны, магазинчики. Коллонада тоже. Неплохой завтрак. Сауну не посещали- не могу ничего сказать. Постель чистая и новая, даже 2 подушки разного размера- на любой вкус. Тапочки и полотенца! -: Отель находится в старом здании. Уставшие ванные комнаты, к сожалению, не открывалось ни одно окно, а балкона не было. Хорошо , что было не очень жарко, но воздуха не хватало. На завтрак не хватало выпечки. Был только обычный хлеб, а иногда хочется булочку или круасанчик. Но это уже придираюсь. А вот с окнами надо бы что то сделать .

+: Хорошее местоположение отеля, прямо в центре.Очень вежливый персонал на рецепшен и в столовой отеля. Персонал говорит на русском, немецком и английском. Удобная высокая кровать, большой просторный номер, бесплатный большой сейф, холодильник, белые халаты и тапочки. Имеется даже тряпочка и щетка для обуви;)При отеле есть еще один ресторан, где можно покушать не только чешскую, но и украинскую кухню: вареники, борщ, блинчики. Очень вежливая официантка Наталья, которая без проблем поможет выбрать что то вкусненькое. Спасибо ей большое за вежливое обслуживание. -: Неплохо было хотя бы одно зеркало в полный рост установить.

+: Мне очень понравилось ,Я уже не впервые сдесь отдыхаю. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Сам отель расположен очень удобно. Понравилась очень сауну. Процедуры. Массаж был великолепен. -: Хочу честно сказать и никому не в обиду. Уборка,Я такой человек что мне ненадо убирать комнату каждый день,поэтому я делала через день,персонал умудрялся даже мусор не забирать с главной комнаты. Пыль не вытералась вообще. Даже если с персоналом встречалась в колидоре они даже не здороволись,не улыбались. Это конечно очень было неприятно. Спасибо большое.
