+: было очень чисто и комфортно, удобное месторасположение, приятный персонал и красивое историческое здание. изначально заселили в номер без ванны, хотя бронировали с ней, но через 15 минут после просьбы переселили в номер с ванной. завтраки потрясающие. нам все очень понравилось -: все было отлично

+: Красивый отель в старинном здании, недалеко от исторических достопримечательностей. Очень разнообразный завтрак, где много всего вкусного, часть из которого я даже не знаю как и с чем есть. Есть даже шампанское. Вечером была живая музыка в фойе. Номера красивые, шелковые обои, мрамор в ванной, но сделано небрежно, что портит ощущение дороговизны. В отеле есть спа с бассейном и 2 банями. В спа надо резервировать время заранее. -: Вода в бассейне и джакузе была прохладная, вместо заявленных 30 градусов. Все посетители трогали воду ногой, но нырнуть не решались. Я рекомендую сначала сходить в баню, потом дернув за веревку облиться ведром холодной воды ( оно висит возле потолка), после этого не страшно лезть в бассеин. Я была одна, кто плавал. Честно говоря, настоящего релакса не получилось. Деньги за номер были заблокированы почти неделю, причем больше, чем стоимость номеров. Это стоит учитывать. То есть денег на счету должно быть больше. +: Первое, что хочется отметить - это завтрак! Он просто восхитительный. Наверное самый лучший завтрак, который нам предлагали в отелях! Выбор разнообразный, чаи на любой вкус, любые фрукты и, что не мало важно, шампанское на завтрак! Сам Отель очень красивый, сервис отличный. Чистый и комфортный номер. -: Если Вам нужен паркинг, пишите об этом заранее, так как для нас места на паркинге отеля не оказалось. Он был заполнен. И нам предложили поставить авто в паркинге отеля в 600 метрах. А так как мы опаздывали, это было не очень удобно. Если Вы хотите Релакс массаж в СПА, говорите об этом несколько раз. Так как у нас после «Релакс» массажа была сильная крепатура, нас не совсем услышали(((

+: В отеле очень красивый и дорогой ремонт, хорошая мебель в номере. Хорошая спа-зона, приветливый персонал. Чистота в номере, наличие мини-бара. -: Каждый раз нужно кого-то просить чтобы воспользоваться личным транспортом, въезд выезд из парковки только с сотрудником отеля. Это очень сильно напрягает.
