+: Пишу отзыв не о готеле Глориа, а о готеле City-inn, так как мне позвонили за пару дней и переселили в City-inn, по непонятной причине. Так вот в этом отеле часть окон выходит во внутренний двор в котором нет воздуха вообще, соответственно в номере дышать нечем. Вообщем получился не отдых, а сон в парилке без воздуха. На полу везде ковры старые, единственный плюс это чистое белье и завтрак вкусный. Второй раз бы я туда не поехала!!!!

+: Понравилось все. Но жили в другом отеле этой сети, т.к. этот оказался закрыт. Менеджер нас заранее предупредил, что отель будет другой. Номер чистый, в ванной чисто. Завтраки понравились, на любой вкус. Расположение - супер. Старинное здание, окна во двор, достаточно тихо. В номере не жарко, не душно, хотя дни были жаркие. -: Уже отель реставрируют, но это не влияет на клиентов.

+: НИЧЕГО! -: Если вы бронируете номер в отеле Gloria,поздравляю,вы все ровно туда не попадете. Так было со мной. Прилетев в 2 часа ночи ( это было оговарено раннее),я поехала на заселение в 4* отель но оказалось он ЗАКРЫТ НА РЕМОНТ!!! Меня поселили в 3* City Inn. Взяв с меня ту же сумму которую стоил 4*. Сам отель воняет мочой и хлевом. Это ужжастно!!! В номере было пыльно. Шумоизоляции 0. Скрипит пол. Все 8 ночей для меня были адом Выспатся не реально. Отсутствие холодильника и фена.

-: После того как я сделал резервацию картой в этом отеле, они мне написали что их отель закрыт и что предлагают другой с такой же сети , Я согласился. Когда я приехал и заселился оказалось что номер на 2 звёзды на крыше , Я высокий и не мог стоять в полный рост. Очень грязный маленький номер с ковролином прошлого века. Наркоманы стучались ко мне в час ночи , короче никому не советую....ужас

+: Нас переселили в отель Glоbus. Распололожение очень удобно, близко к метро. -: На рецепшине девушка Кристина хамит клиентам. Делает вид, что не понимает ни русский, ни анлийский, хотя сама на русском говорит без акцента.
