-: Нет сауны в бассейне, некачественные завтраки (дешевые соки, иогурты, очень ограниченный выбор блюд на завтраке, плохая косметика в номерах (не соответсвует 5*).

+: Вид на осенний лес из окон просто потрясающий. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Красивые интерьеры. -: Не понравилось то, что сауна платная и нужно ее бронировать заранее. Обычно в гостиницах бассейн и сауна входит в стоимость проживания.

Отличный бассейн с панорамными окнами и великолепным видом на закат, очень удобные кровати, собственный источник с отличной минеральной водой. -: Для европейских 5* слишком много. Не самое радужное впечатление от Флоатинга. Ощущение старости и пошарпанности. И от банного комплекса. Жили в отдельном крыле, постоянно приходилось идти в темноте 15-20 метров по стенке наощупь, чтобы включить вручную свет. В пакете были приветственная бутылка шампанского с клубникой. После уборки на следующий день пустую бутылку с бокалами и грязную посуду горничная просто воткнула в углубление пожарного шкафа напротив нашего номера. Ну и убило, в 11 часов поднимаясь в номер встретили горничную. На смеси разных языков она очень недовольно настаивала что ей сейчас нужно убраться, потому как потом надо еще в основной корпус идти, а туда сюда ходить не хочет. Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этот раз, прекрасный бассейн, можно хорошо поужинать : широкий выбор блюд в ресторане . Вид из отеля просто шикарный.
