-: душевая кабина вся в плесени, в отеле после заселения забыли личную вещь, вернулись за ней, и надо же как, «не нашли ее» очень жаль что сотрудники не добросовестно относятся к личным вещам посетителей

+: Чисто. Спокойно. Отличное расположение отеля -: 1.При бронировании номера, мне был предложен вариант с выбором номера с красивым видом из окна. Именно такой номер мы и забронировали. Однако, при заселении оказалось что эта опция не гарантирована и мы не можем получить такой номер. Считаю, это категорически не правильным, так как при бронировании номера, это не было указано что эта опция предоставляется "по возможности"2.В номере не работал слив в раковине. После "ремонта" и первого же использования, слив опять сломался3.При бронировании на 3человек, полотенца всегда были на двоих. Приходилось запрашивать дополнительный комплект4. Что то непонятное происходило с ценой номера. Сначала была заблокирована сумма на карте больше заявленной на 20евро . После выселения сумма изменилась, но все равно осталась больше заявленной при бронировании примерно на 9 евро. Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь.
