+: Хороший, чистый номер. Уютные комнаты. Через дорогу Лидл, станция метро, торговый центр -: Некомпетентное отношение к клиентам на рецепции. Мы 10 минут ждали, пока 2 женщины разберутся со списком группы. Потом когда очередь стала больше 5 человек, решили на нас обратить внимание. Невежливое отношение. Парковка платная. Находится за углом. Дополнительного прохода из парковки в гостиницу нет. Приходится обходить его. Завтрак шведский стол. Работает одна женщина. И не успевает выносить продукты. Из ассортимента пришлось брать сосиски, колбасы, сыры, немного помидор, огурцов, соки и выпечка.Ожидания были больше

+: Красивый вид из окна ! Номер очень тёплый)) -: На рецепшене сидела женщина очень не вежливая не чего не объяснила где будит завтрак дала просто ключи от номера и все ! И не хотела принимать документы в форме ДИЯ ЕЛЕКТРОННЫЕ !!! УКРАИНСКИЕ ДОКУМЕНТЫ В ДОДАТКУ ДИЯ !! ОЧЕНЬ БЫЛА ГРУБА !! В НОМЕРЕ НЕБЫЛО ХОЛОДИЛЬНИКА ОЧЕНЬ ПЕЧАЛЬНО !

+: Близость метро и торгового центра (3-5 мин). Большая удобная, с умеренной платой (8 евро) парковка для машины. Отзывчивый на просьбы персонал. -: Крайне мало ванных принадлежностей - один маленький пакетик с гелем, явно недостаточно. Отсутствие кондиционера.
