+: отличное расположение, вид из окна завораживает. номер опрятный, хотя конечно видал и лучшие времена. на ресепшене приветливый персонал. завтрак вкусный и достаточно разнообразный. вопрос с парковкой конечно сложный - мало парковочных мест. но девочка на ресепшене нам помогла и все отлично разрешилось. на рецепции можно приобрести ваучер по хорошей цене в спа центр Термаль. -: все было хорошо

+: Завтрак неплох , каждый найдет что то для себя. Отель находится рядом с центром,но тяжеловато подниматься после прогулок на верх.

+: Доброжелательный персонал. Очень хороший массажист Люба. Удобно что за дополнительные процедуры можно было проплатить и наличкой и картой. Тихо, спокойно. Уезжала рано утром, не могла пойти на завтрак, и мне дали с собой в дорогу сухпаёк. Спасибо большое !

+: Милый СПА отель в историческом центре Карловых Вар. Из номеров открывается роскошный вид на исторический центр города, канал, горы. В 2 шагах - рестораны. В самом отеле очень дружелюбный персонал, вкусный завтрак с очень крутым видом на город. Тихие, очень чистые и удобные номера. Благодарю!
