+: Номер комфортный чистый с новым ремонтом.Удобное расположение ко всем достопримечательностям. -: Не понравилось расположение номера (с видом из окна задей части отеля на большую бетонную стену)

+: Отличный завтрак. Все что необходимо для завтрака, было. На любой вкус. Номер очень чистый. Персонал приятный. Мы приехали раньше, а заселение с 14.00. Нам повезло, нас заселили раньше. Парковка, мы предварительно позвонили и забронировали место. Парковка рядом с отелем. Мы остались довольны всем.

+: Большой, светлый, чистый номер, хороший Wi-Fi -: Не было свободной парковки, пришлось ставить в платном паркинге, не удобные подушки, совершенно пустой мини бар, даже воды не было. на завтраке было очень много людей, пришлось пойти прогуляться и потом вернуться. но все равно сидели за столом с чужими людьми. ресепшн и завтрак находятся в соседнем отеле Ruze.

+: Очень понравилось отношение персонала, очень приветливые к клиентам. Большие номера, после ремонта, новая мебель, чистое белье. Удобное расположение в центре, напротив коллонады. -: Номер 301 выходит на стену, очень тёмный. Ресторан находится в соседнем отеле Růže, что не очень удобно. Мало парковочных песест.

+: Постельное белье меняли каждые два дня, ежедневная уборка номера была качественной и ненавязчивой. Питание- намного разнообразнее и вкуснее, по сравнению с 2017г. Сервис, однозначно, стал намного лучше. Массажист- мужчина делал массаж как всегда прекрасно. Медперсонал очень доброжелательный.

+: Удобное расположение неподалёку от источников. На рецепше очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Двухместный номер очень просторный,и чистый. Питание в ресторане отеля разнообразное, свежее, вкусно приготовленное. Офицантки в ресторане очень вежливые,и внимательные. A great hotel to stay, the location is excellent not far from thermal springs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were also very good and room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. -: Отсутствие чайника,и бутылочки воды в номере.Отсутствие увеличительного зеркала в ванной.No kettle and water bottle in the room. No fat mirror in the bathroom.
