+: холл, да красивый, первый этаж да красивый и интересный. -: общение персонала, также то что парковка платная для посетителей гостиницы, если они позиционируют себя как хорошая гостиница то парковку пусть включают в стоимость, а не отдельно платить за неё. также попросили паспорта моей жены и ребёнка, хотя до этого в других гостиницах даже не спрашивали паспорта ребёнка и жены. номер какой то древний и ещё за него доплатили 25€ потому что нам нужен был всего лишь чайник для того чтобы греть детскую воду. это абсурд доплатить 25€ за один чайник, когда его реальная цена 20-25€ в магазине.

+: Отличный современный отель, приветливый персонал, чистота, превосходные завтраки. Плюсом было наличие подземной парковки у отеля, стоимость парковки 30евро\сутки. Машина на паркинге в день отъезда может находиться до окончания суток. -: В нашем номере было мало пространства возле кровати.

+: понравилось из всего что там было это завтрак и спасибо за ранний заезд. это все🤦‍♀️ -: в номере не было халата, холодильника, тапочек, кондиционера для волос, в ванной неспускалась вода. администрация во время check out был груб😡

+: Понравилось почти всё,и персонал и обслуживание и питание! -: Не понравилось только одно,что на сайте Букинга указана цена с совсеми налогами включая городской налог,а в отеле пришлось оплатить городской налог ещё раз,но в квитанции Букинга он есть,а в отеле в квитанции не было пока я не оплатил .

+: Больше понравился красивый интерьер -: В номере было очень холодно, а так как на полу не было даже маленьких ковриков то было очень не приятно. И в принципе было неприятно войти в холодный номер, и плюс пол был не особо чистый, так как и туалет

+: Очень хороший отель, номер был просторный, чистый, мебель новая, заказывали одну большую кровать, желание учли, постель чистая была. Завтрак был хороший, для сытного завтрака было все! Персонал вежливый. Все достопримечательности города были в пешей доступности. Персонал говорит на английском и русском. -: Плохо что не было халатов в номере, после душа хотелось в халат завернуться. Ещё в номере нет холодильника, продукты и напитки негде охлаждать. В отеле есть спа и сауна, но за это отдельная плата взимается.
