Location: under the symbolic Karlovy Vary deer above the romantic valley of the Vřídelní at a distance of about 200 meters from the hill to the central colonnade. The main reconstruction, carried out in 1996, has created excellent conditions for rest and treatment in a quiet family atmosphere.

The hotel has 58 beds, 20 doubles, 8 single rooms and 2 apartments.

+: Очень приветливый персонал. Удобное расположение. -: Отсутствие парковки. Поставить машину в этом районе очень сложно.Матрац на кровати пора бы уже заменить - заваливается на одну сторону)

Мне не очень понравились путешествия . По моему лучше меньше разговоров . а больше показа красивых мест , и автобусы нужно оборудовать кондиционерами , так как лето в сегодняшней Европе очень жаркое !В первую очередь - это чудесная АРХИТЕКТУРА почти всех зданий в курортной зоне , второе - прекрасный обслуживающий и медицинский персонал , далее зеленая зона рядом с отелем "РИЧМОНД" , жаль , что очень мало таких зон . Чистота в номере и в городе ! Время проживания: Август 2017

Отвратительная работа персонала. Четыре дня добивались, что бы сантехник включил полотенцесушитель. Продляли до третьего и тишина. Он не знает как! Горела только половина ламп в люстре. Потемки три дня требовали. Тишина. В итоге в Новогодний вечер все же привезли лампы. Аришлось самим менять. О завтраке лучше промолчать. Жареное сало на завтрак это вверх изыска!Свежий ремонт.
