Located in the heart of Karlovy Vary’s spa area, 300 m from the Mill Colonnade and 801 m from the Hot Spring, Venus Hotel offers comfortable rooms with satellite TV. The hotel also provides a range of spa and wellness treatments.

+: очень хороший отель, расположен в самом центре, до первой колонады буквально 10 метров. Хороший завтрак, в самом отеле есть маленький СПА с бассейном, джакузи и баней. Персонал очень приветливый и вежливый.

+: номер и месторасположение -: 1. Однотипный завтрак 2. В последние 3 дня пребывания в гостинице без предварительного предупреждения был закрыт СПА и бассейн на плановые работы 3. На рецепшн при регистрации было очень грубое и не уважительное отношение .

+: Очень близко к центру -: Очень невкусный кофе ( как и апельсиновый сок), как будто разбавленные водой. Заказывала большую кровать, оказалось 2 кровати,сдвинутые вместе((

+: Отель расположен рядом с центром.Большой плюс ,что есть бассейн, хоть и небольшой и сауна для любителей. -: Мы брали отель только с завтраком,первые два дня за нами был закреплён столик, а в последний день он оказался занятым.Пришлось опять подходить к дамам по кухне и спрашивать куда нам можно сесть позавтракать. Я считаю что я тоже заплатила за свой завтрак и имею право на место и стол в ресторане. Т.к дама мне ответила:"Мне очень жаль, но у нас много людей заехало с трёх разовым питанием....И мы их усадили за ваш стол..типо ,вы же всё равно сегодня уезжаете..Очень жаль что это так воспринимается Персоналом!

+: Расположение около источников. Удобная кровать. Есть выбор на завтрак. Выезд в 12. Есть обзор номера на нашем Ютубе: Rarog adventure , можете сами посмотреть. -: Кофе ужасный. Парковка ограниченная. Нам не хватило места. Демонстративный досмотр номера при отъезде. Ощущение таможенного досмотра. Ключи отключились за 15 мин. До выезда. Не могли попасть в номер. А принципе ни какого криминала, но оставляет не приятный осадок

+: Хороший бассейн, сауна, вирпуль.Разнообразный завтрак, приятные девочки убирающие комнаты. -: Не знали что парковки практически нет всего 5 мест на весь отель, резерв обязательно за ранее. Цена 12€ ночь.В номере нет чая, но можно арендовать 4€ в день....
