+: Всё понравилось, в полном восторге. Комнаты хорошо оборудованы, пол подогревается, кофемашинка в комнате.Паркрвка перед отелем.

+: Хорошее расположение отеля; удобная кровать; кондиционер; хороший завтрак; свежий ремонт; есть интернет; повезло с парковкой. -: На фото красивее, чем в реале; вместо обещанного номера с видом - вид на внутренний двор-колодец; 4-х местный номер - две проходные комнатёнки с двумя кроватями; брали 2 номера - раскидали по разным зданиям; плохая звукоизоляция; отель находится в нескольких пристройках - на завтрак пришлось идти через улицу: отель находится в центре - парковка городская на машин 10-15 (можно парковаться только на голубых линиях) может на всех не хватить; пытались второй раз снять деньги за номера при заселении - надеюсь, неспециально. За такие деньги - куча более интересных вариантов!

+: Отель находится в отличном месте-это очень близко к центру и одновременно в отеле спокойно и абсолютно тихо. Завтраки вкусные и сытные, в номере есть абсолютно все удобства да и сам номер стильный и красивый.Отдельно хотелось бы отметить Микаэлу на ресепшн-она бесплатно предложила нам номер больше и красивее,чем мы бронировали,за что ей огромное спасибо😌Это был приятный бонус)

+: Отличный отель, сначала взяли номер Делюкс, но он оказался на 4, хотя нас было всего двое. Продлили отель уже в двухместном номере, который был прекрасен! Очень аккуратный, просторный, с удобной кроватью. Персонал чудесный, помогали по всем вопросам (заселили раньше времени, помогли искать адаптер, дали мышку от компьютера, зонтики, распечатали документы и пр.). В общем, остались довольны! С удовольствием бы вернулись снова. -: В двухместном номере не было тапочек и халатов :(

+: Очень уютный отель , так как завтраки подавали в соседнем «three storks» персонал любезно предложил переселить нас туда (он 5 звёзд и немного дороже выходил)с нас не взяли абсолютно никаких дополнительных средств ещё и бонусом обгрейдили номер на deluxe с видом на Пражский град , за что отдельная благодарность персоналу !! Обслуживание отличное , все очень приветливы . Завтраки вкусные, продукты качественные , есть все и даже бокальчик Prosecco можно позволить с утра. В номерах очень просторно и тепло , ты сам можешь регулировать температуру . Отличное местоположение ! В центре всех событий , но улочка тихая! Качественная косметика для личной гигиены -: Это не то , что бы минус, но не забудьте взять с собой зубную пасту и щетку
