+: Ubicación, atenciones, el área de desayuno superó nuestras expectativas y el personal super amable y atento

-: La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorar, el baño demasiado pequeño, las camas no eran muy cómodas. Los cuartos para familia son bien diferentes al área nueva y remodelada del hotel. Deberían mejorar esa área para mejor apariencia y comodidad. Nos habías hospedado anteriormente solamente 2 y el cuarto hermoso, limpio, baño cómodo. Está ocasión la experiencia de la habitacion fue muy diferente cuando fuimos con nuestro hijo.

-: Habitación interior, la única ventana era en el baño y daba a otra pared con un aparato de ¿ aire acondicionado? ( no sabría decir) con un motor que funcionó toda la noche con un ruido terrible.

+: The location is unbeatable, walking distance to the points of interest in the zona colonial, the hotel has been nicely renovated with most modern amenities, and has a great rooftop lounge where you can unwind at the end of the day with wonderful views.An abundant breakfast was included and overall you get good value for your money.Some rooms are nicer than others because they added a new building to the historic house.The staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating.

-: The first room I got had no windows and that was a huge disappointment at first but they made sure I got a new room the next day.
