-: Todo no me gustó. Primero la recepcionista que es rusa (por suerte domino el idioma), quería que le pagara en efectivo, le insistí que no, que lo haría con la tarjeta. La habitación sucia y descuidada, con el aire acondicionado que no funcionaba y el lavamanos con un gotera que casi inundaba el piso del baño. Solo estuve una noche, y le solicite el desayuno a las 8 am(que estaba incluido y que era la hora que iniciaba) y cuando aparecí a las 8 am me dicen que no estaba listo y que estaría listo a las 9 am.

+: It was my second time in RD and second time I choosed this hotel and I was very satisfied of my stay. Location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast are excellent. Definitely I could recommend it to all travelers.
