-: Te obligan a hacer tu mismo el checking teniendo que rellenar todos los datos de ingreso, mientras la recepcionista está mirando sin hacer nada. No es lo lógico en un establecimiento de su categoría.A pesar de tener habitaciones libres no nos dejaron entrar media hora antes. Es más, el checking se retrasó 10 minutos sobre la hora que ellos establecen a pesar de llevar esperando en recepción un rato. Algo incomprensible

+: Lo que me gustó fue la belleza del lugar, no el alojamiento por los problemas que tuvimos debido a un mal mantenimiento del mismo.

-: Que antes los problemas que se presentaron en el alojamiento (aire acondicionado, grifo de la bañera, jacuzzi) no acudieron a resolverlos.

-: El aire acondicionado, el jacuzzi, y el horno de la cocina no funcionaban y no fueron solucionados a pesar de haberlos reportado a tiempo.La respuesta del personal no estuvo a la altura, además de problemas con la reserva por lo que tuvimos que llamar a Booking para poder confirmar la estadía.
