+: The worst hotel I’ve ever booked! They emailed me saying they are transferring my booking to a sister hotel but did not transfer! They just cancelled my booking without notifying me so I ended up arriving at Punta Cana with no hotels, and I had to book a new one on the spot with total cost almost double of original booking!

-: Terrible, alojaron mi reserva en otro hotel, la confirmaron y cuando llegué la habían cancelado y no me informaron, dejándome sin hotel y sin poder comunicarme con nadie, en ninguno de los dos hoteles me dieron respuesta, realmente me parece una falta de respeto.

+: reserve el be live pero nunca estuve ahí, pues me cambiaron a otro hotel, que según dijeron era de las mismas características e instalaciones equivalentes, lo cual no fue verdad, hice el reclamo al hotel y a booking pero no hubo respuesta positiva, habría sido compensatorio un cambio de hotel a uno que de verdad tuviera lo que ofrecía el hotel reservado

+: The place is beautiful. The swimming pools where amazing and the beach is the most amazing thing ever .
-: The rooms where my family and I stayed, were not comfortable. The beds were not what we asked for and one of the showers did not have a door so the water was running towards the room.It's a shame because it could have been a 10 of 10 experience.
