-: When I got there, the young lady at the front desk assigned me my room. When I got upstairs, I realized that I didn't have a key to open the door. I returned downstairs, but she had to contact someone on the phone, as was told that though my reservation was confirmed, it was not paid for. She informed that I had to pay $90 extra. She also give me an option to book a new reservation. I asked her to cancel my current one, so I don't get charged and she said that I had to do it. I ended paying $100 for a room at the same place. She wrote the room number and the code for the room on a piece of paper.In the end, I stayed there but had to pay more for another room and that is unacceptable. Booking should really reconsider doing business with this company.
