+: La unica cosa buena es que los jacuzzi son 24 hora , luego todo fue una desilusión total
-: Llegamos un poco antes al hotel porque como veníamos de la capital salimos temprano , le pregunté si me podían hacer el chekin antes me dijeron que si por el costo adicional de 800 pesos a personas para un total de 4 personas = 3200 pesos 55$. El restaurante cerca a la playa no dejan entrar sin mangas aunque si es en la playa , por lo que siempre debes estar subiendo y bajando de tu habitación, el snack no te dejan entrar ni mojado ni te dejan sacar nada para comer fuera , osea que si de tarde te da deseo de comer algo saliendo de la piscina o la playa tienes que subir a cambiarte para poder comerte unos nachos 🥲 mi experiencia fue fatal ya que más que ir a relajarme , lo vì como un estrés tener que subir escaleras hasta un 3er piso hasta para ir a un snack , el personal no era gentil , todos decian reglas diferentes , a la hora del chekout entreguè mi habitación y me dieron un papel que decía que me podìa quedar un tiempo más en el hotel decia salida 1-6pm luego que fuì a las 5 un señor me dijo que es de cobrarme extra porque era antes

+: The property is in a good location.
-: The property was dirty including the fountains and lobbies. The bedroom was dirty and full of roaches. The food was mediocre. We had to pay for internet which ended up having really bad connection. The air conditioning was not cool enough. The property was poorly kept with two bedrooms close to ours that had broken doors and rundown.
