+: Customer service was spectacular the view as well in my room was one of the best. My room as well was lovely even though i had a few issues with appliance.

-: The food was not the best at all. Stomach issues still a issue after returning to the state. I paid a healthy price for all inclusive which i felt i got robbed of because i did not enjoy the food nor the restaurants at all. Music everyday was the same rotation. They need to have like a 3 day music rotation and not hearing the same-thing everyday.

+: The hospitality and pool service was excellent! Staff were friendly and inviting. Staff were excited to see you and easily became acquainted with my group. The pool activities were so engaging and entertaining. The pool bar was fun. There were several pools to choose from. The beach set up was beautiful and there were plenty of onsite activities. Room service was 247. Check in was easy and quick. I also like that you get a permanent bracelet during your staff that unlocks your door because who wants to keep up with a key!

-: Where do I start… the resort is 40 mins away from the airport. the Food wasn’t great. I developed a stomach ache and so did some of my friends. The best food option was the Indian restaurant. The buffet was ok. The room service had a limited menu. The TV was powered by satellite so the connection was disrupted every few mins and sometimes just went out all together. The powerelectricity went out in my room. There was a small leak In the bathroom. I also didn’t like that the resort wasn’t well lit at night. I don’t like that you had to go to certain areas to get a drink after a certain time. Rides to and from resort were expensive ($140 round trip).

+: Omar was the best! Hands down he provided exceptional services. I did get sick at the hotel, he made sure he was there with us the entire time and then checked to ensure I followed DRs instructions for aftercare while staying at the hotel! He recommended the spa treatment to help with my symptoms.

-: Everything was great at the property! Location was a little far away from downtown & the locals!

+: Lunch buffet selections were good.

-: No concierge service for all guests. There was a tarantula and a dead water roach in room asked for assistance twice on removing it and no one never assisted. Had a difficult time at check in with updating the number of occupants. The food with dinner buffet wasn’t what I expected with selections offered.

+: The spa was the most amazing part of this resort. The massage was phenomenal and the hydrotherapy was the best addition. It was an amazing value for the price.

-: In general, staff did not provide us with the same level of service that we saw them provide to other guests and we have a guess as to why that was. Additionally, we waited several hours to have some requested items delivered to our room.

+: Location tutto sommato con varie possibilità. Varie piacine, vari ristoranti. Il personale abbastanza disponibile, chi più chi meno. Il maggiordomo e gli addetti ai rapporti con il pubblico molto disponibili e mi lasceranno senz’altro un ottimo ricordo. Il cibo ed il bere era molto buono. L’animazione non era un granché, ho trovato di meglio in altri resort.

-: Camere sporchissime piene di zanzare non solo che girano in camera che ci può stare. ma il muro e le tende, sono piene di zanzare morte spiaccicate. Inoltre molto grave la presenza di scarafaggi, sia in camera nonché nel ristorante proprio in mezzo al buffet. Confermo la puzza di muffa delle altre recensioni. Questa sicuramente è dovuta alla forte umidità che le stanze hanno ma che credo sia caratteristico di tutta punta cana, quindi se vuoi alleggerire l’odore sei obbligato a tenere il condizionatore acceso.
