+: Breakfast was excellent . Victor y Jose Manuel did really great. Friendly and provided good customer service. They are so nice!!

-: I don’t know your relationship with the casino, but services are really bad. Machines never available due to people sitting and not playing. Waitress have preference with some people given beverages, food etc. sone people playing in two machines at a time. I will never play there no more.

+: A beautiful hotel, everything is very clean. The staff were all very nice and professional. They really try hard to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable.

-: The only problem I had was that the mini bar in my room was empty. But everything else with my room and the hotel was excellent.
