+: Llegamos un poco tarde a la propiedad y sin saludar ni nada la persona de seguridad abordo a mi hermano en el lobby cuestionando si estaba hospedado allí entiendo que quizás es el deber pero sin saludar escoltándolo afuera alegando que no estaba en la lista gue muy desagradable, ya habíamos hecho checkin nos sentimos maltratados y luego abordaron a mi esposo preguntando que cuento había dejado de depósito fui humillante y desagradable erasmos clientes muy frecuentes y no regresaremos nunca

+: La ubicacion fue perfecta para lo que estabamos buscando por las actividades que teniamos en agenda. El personal nos trato de manera agradable cuando presentamos nuestras quejas por la falta de higiene en la habitacion.
-: Cuando llegamos a la habitacion sentimos un fuerte olor a humedad que no ceso hasta que nos fuimos la mañana siguiente. El baño no se sentia limpio y dentro de la bañera habia una cucaracha de muy buen tamaño esperandonos. No puedo dejar de decir que es la segunda vez que vemos una cucaracha en la habitacion de este hotel, pues el año pasado nos hospedamos alli y tuvimos exactamente la misma situacion, solo que aquella vez la cucharacha caminaba por el telefono al lado de las camas y nos cambiaron la habitacion.
