Notre maître d'hôtel Zoraida était a nos petits soins, très prévenante et d'une grande gentillesse.Tout le personnel est génial et souriant.Les serveurs sont exceptionnels, nous avons passé de très bons moments et souvenirs à leurs côtés.Tout le personnel est génial et souriant.Il y a vraiment une équipe super et entraînante.L'hôtel est magnifique et très bien agencé, de très belles piscines et une vue sur la mer des Caraïbes renversante. Grands choix de restaurants et buffets. Petite boutique de pâtisseries, sandwichs, boissons ouverte 24h24h très accueillante. De très bonnes animations et à tous les goûts.Je recommande vivement et j'y retournerai en toute confiance et avec beaucoup de plaisir.....Excelente!!!😉

-: El check in fue muy incómodo, el personal nos abordó y nos hicieron una invitación a desayunar a otro hotel al día siguiente y nos ofrecieron una cena en la playa, preguntamos de qué dependía y nos dijeron que de nada. Y resulta que a la hora del check out nos la cobraron porque no fuimos al desayuno, estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario y era sólo una noche. Nos hicieron una oferta engañosa, fue muy desagradable esa situación.
