+: The property has a very nice lobby, a big theater where they have every night a different performance, a pretty good restaurant with many choices, bars in the pools, at the beach… big pools, enough sunbeds at the beach, different entertaining programs throughout the property and day… all in all our stay was good, but to be honest we wouldn’t go back a second time.

-: The cleaning was done pretty superficial. In 12 nights we didn’t get our bedsheets changed, which with all the sand, despite showering every time before going to bed, was a little annoying. Also: if you are traveling with small childrenbabies that require a crib, be sure to bring your own sheet!! The cleaning was made daily at different hours, not only once in the afternoon when we wanted to put the children to sleep, which was a little disturbing due to the fact that the cleaning staff was yelling and slamming everything around, which made it pretty difficult to rest. The staff was apparently very nice but if you understood a little Spanish you could pretty easily understand that they were talking behind your back… I’ll just leave it like that.Also! Be sure to have money with you everywhere you go, the staff is really eager for tips and won’t treat you the same without any. At the main restaurant the variety of food for children was poor and really unhealthy! We expected much more local fruits and vegetables than we actually got served.

-: The only suggestion I have, is to keep the hot food warmer. I do like my food hot, and by the time I got to our table, it had cooled down quite a bit.

-: Falta de protocolo de los empleados del Restaurante bufet son mal educados y no dan un servicio con sentido de pertenencia a su marca , falta de actividades entretenimiento y mala comida muy mala comida poca variedad
