-: Villas are outdated with mismatch furniture. Lots of mosquito when staying in the villa location. Shame about the number of "girlfriends " with old men for the evening having dinner.

-: Chuveiro e acabamento para um quarto de 1700 dólares não condiz com o preço. Não repuseram sais de banho. Não trocaram a roupa de cama em 4 dias de hospedagem. Não atenderam os meus pedidos. Concierge e atendente recepção não estão preocupados em agradar o hóspede. Somente em cobrar. Pessimo.É para ir 1 vez apenas. Não recomendo Comida bem ruim e caríssima

+: Fantastic service, facilities, food, location Kids club was incredible - Samantha and maridaria are natural caregivers - our girls wanted to ditch us every day for kids club Our concierge Orlando was completely on top of every request (and we had a lot of them lol) - reliable and consistent and kind Rooms are huge and ocean front Beach is gorgeous and pristine
