-: No WiFi no credit card machine to pay had to leave the hotel and go somewhere to change currency to be able to pay staff had a bad attitude when I complained about these issues customer service was terrible

+: La comida, el restaurante es muy bueno. El desayuno 1010. El aire acondicionado súper bien, limpio el alojamiento. El edificio se veía nuevo
-: La ubicación, deberían haber lugares de comer más cerca. Más control de plagas, el baño mal porque se salía el agua, la tv no funcionó. En recepción falta más ánimo, y proactividad o entusiasmo.
