-: Mejorar las condiciones de las villas, había refrigeradores que no funcionaban, la piscina se ve que hace tiempo no la limpian y no funcionaba la recirculacion del agua.no había cortina en las duchas

+: Nothing: it was a scam!

-: Our stay at this hotel was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The hotel looks totally different than on the pictures - it is a scam! They didn't let us stay for the price agreed upon on booking.com and demanded an extra pay of 30× the original price. The accommodation was unacceptable for a hotel in this price range: dirty sheets and cockroaches in the room, a broken toilet, and the tv didn't work. There was supposed to be a buffet every morning, but they just gave us a tiny breakfast instead. The hotel is next to several main roads, which makes sleeping an almost impossible endeavor. The personnel was nice, but the owner of the hotel had a terrible, hostile attitude.
