+: Muy cerca de la zona turística, sirven un buen desayuno y el personal es muy amable nos brindo información sobre el transporte y la información turística

+: The atmosphere in this place is great!! The first impression is so special, you enter like in an English Pub. There's a nice area outside to relax with many tables and the shared kitchen. The shared rooms are okay and the shared bathroom too. The owner and host of the place Chris was very nice and open to talk with us guests. He gave us recommendations and made us feel comfortable. This is an hostel experience that I will remember!!

+: La ubicación era muy céntrica. Pedimos cambio de habitación porque no estaba en condiciones y no pusieron ningún problema.

-: La limpieza era escasa, pocos trabajadores hablaban español, olía mucho a humedad en algunas habitaciones.

+: Good location, everything in the Zona Colonial in walking distance. Nice courtyard to meet other travellers.

+: Great location. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor and very quiet. Large outdoor space.

-: Overall, the place could be amazing, but it is not maintained, and everything is getting old, not taken care of and not cleaned. The kitchen was very dirty, I was not able to cook, the fridge was terrible (smelly, food getting moldy...). 2 cute dogs on the property, but the smell in the bar is horrible. Maybe if it was cleaned, it could be better. The breakfast is included but except very basic and cheap. The bathroom did not have a curtain, so be prepared to have a swimming pool in this small space. We didn't manage to use the swimming pool because it was not maintainedcleaned.

-: The room was very dirty and had a terrible humid smell. In addition, it was next to the breakfast area so it got very loud early in the morning. All in all, a very unpleasant stay.
