+: Este penthouse es una maravilla. Cuenta con absolutamente todos los servicios y amenidades para pasar unas vacaciones cómodamente. El departamento es muy bello y se encuentra totalmente equipado.

+: Excelentes espacios. Limpieza excepcional. Cada espacio diseñado para el confort y el descanso. Superó nuestras expectativas. Incluso potencialmente es mejor que en la fotos. La anfitriona pendiente todo el tiempo de nuestra llegada y a resolver cualquier duda. Súper recomendado.

-: Me parece que tiene mucha tecnología sin instrucciones.

+: Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und Master Bedroom war einfach grandios. Auch vom Rooftop war die Aussicht grandios. Das Penthouse ist mega schön dekoriert, perfekter Standort. Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen via WhatsApp meistens innerhalb von Minuten erreichbar.

-: Die Sanitäranlagen sind ein wenig in die Jahren gekommen, in gewissen Bäder sind sie komplett verrostet. Das Wasser läuft nicht sauber von den Lavabos usw. Die Wi-Fi Anlage wirkt sehr zusammengebastelt aus. Es hat mehrere Access Points und jeder verfügt über andere ID Passwörter, man verliert dadurch bei Bewegungen in der Wohnung die Verbindung, gewisse Zimmer sind schlecht mit Wi-Fi versorgt. Der Rooftop-Bereich verfügt über keine Klimaanlage, sodass man es nicht lange aushalten kann.

+: Außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtete und dekorierte Penthouse-Wohnung mit 4 Terrassen, privater Whirlpool auf der großen Dachterrasse, gigantischer Blick aus den beiden obersten (12.13.) Stockwerken des Gebäudes. Gastgeberin war immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und bei technischen Problemen oder Fragen war der Service im Haus schnell verfügbar. Überdachter Garagenstellplatz im Haus.

-: Wir hatten eine ca. 1stündige Verzögerung beim Einzug, da einer der Schlüssel fehlte - aber als Kompensation haben wir ein (wesentlich längeres) kostenloses Late-Check-Out bekommen - das war ein hervorragender Service!

+: Der Whirlpool am Rooftop ist genial, die Wohnung ist generell mega,2 Stockwerke für uns alleine. Ausstattung der Küche ist Wahnsinn, alles da was man brauchen könnte. Bett im Masterroom ist himmlisch,das beste Bett in der Domrep. Die Aussicht ist wirklich einmalig.

-: Nach Ankunft benötigten wir noch 5 Stunden externe Hilfe um WLAN,TV und Soundsystem zum laufen zu bringen. Obwohl wir uns sorgfältig vorbereitet hatten. Generell ist die elektrik und aircondition sehr kompliziert. Dies alleine war der Grund keine 10 zu vergeben.

+: The penthouse it's beautiful, stunning like a dream, very clean

-: 1. I did a reservation on May 11 and I did a mistake as soon I noticed I just send a email to the owner with the mistake and the names and ages for all the occupants for that day, was 9 adults and 10 kids at that time so I never get an answer so I assumed was fine, the day of the check in she text me and I answer all the info was already trued messages on here, short history I get at the hotel and the reception dosent have any info about it, so I comunicate with her and she told me I never send the names, so I send it again and 30 minutes later told me that we are ro many people and broke the rules from the complex I told her I'm already ask about this before I getting here, so she said going to help me out because all the kids that I bring they where little, 3 hours later I'm still can do the check in, finally reception get the info and they help me out we talking about 7pm that night and I get there around 330pm, so we finally gett in and I get a text from the owner that I didn't paid $400 dollars so I was confused calling her back and no answer I back to the reception and they told me that they dosent take any money because it's something between the owner and booking I supposed to paid $268 dollars for that night and $200 deposit that its returned when I do the check out, so finally I contact her and ask why it's the $400 because wasn't the amount online, so she said because all the kids that I bring and I didn't make the check in on time, for real?
