+: The layout of the hotel is excellent. Super friendly staff. Everything is super clean.
-: Check in needs some work, the outside restaurants need fans inside otherwise it’s extremely hot, the outside vendors that come on a scheduled day were way too pushy.

+: Staffs was friendly, many choices of restaurants to eat at and it wasn't hostile to schedule a reservation for restaurants that require a reservation. The resort does have more than enough staff, every where you turn there is staffs greeting you with smiles and happy energy. Need help with something in your room there is a staff close by. The environment was clean and well taken care of by staff. The beach is beautiful and plenty of chairs and umbrellas.
-: Not that I didn't like but I wish there were more activities for young kids to do or even a game room for young adults to hang out. I went with my son (11 years old) and my brother (19 years old) and they were hoping for a bigger water park slide. I told them to splash water park for kids but the slides were too small for the boys. We were not permitted to go to the other restaurants that have big water slides.

+: Location is nice, the beach was wonderful Pools were very nice too.
-: Staff is attentive ONLY if you give them money and way too friendly. Not so respectful when I needed information. No patience. Toilet room extremely small. Dirty towels from other rooms were left outside my door. Didn't refill the mini bar unless I call the concierge.

+: Everything was good,kids water park ,foods,entertainment and stuff and very good service, but when we was on Japanese restaurant the cockroach run to the my kids plate.

+: The food options for all meals were great. Lots of choices. All the staff are so polite and friendly. The shower is huge, comfortable bed, and a fridge stocked daily. The location cant be beat! The beach is so pretty and clean. Also enjoyed the adults only portion of our resort. We were able to get snacks and drinks at almost all times, cool off, and play games in the colonial club. We also were able to easily book any excursions through the resort.
-: The only negative was the bathroom situation. The toilet was in a tiny room that made you feel a little claustrophobic.
