+: They show a picture at the advertising they have a private parking space , which it’s not true, they share with other establishments , it’s like a plaza, no elevator, second floor and the zone, have people hanging out outside, we didn’t stay and I couldn’t get a refund back, I just wasted $ 100.00 dollars. 😤

-: I just lost my money, never get it back 😡

+: The property it was located very good. It clean and personal friendly. Also air conditioned, tv, including the breakfast, relax 😎

-: The Malecon Room & Hotel itself all into location for example: restaurant, Farmacy, store, ice cream, change the money, the facilities are centrally and organized for all people’s.!

+: Mi esposa y yo nos sentimos muy a gusto con las atenciones del personal del hotel, en especial de Carlos un resepcionista que trabaja en la noche 👌

+: The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not too much options but it was alright

-: The stairs, was there for one week and they never came to clean the room. Only got 2 toilet papers for the whole week, the shower should have a hose for ladies
