-: There wasn't mini bar available in the room, they have points that you can trade for drinks, snacks and some products, however the points are per room, daily and not enough for alcohol... the room just have water available... not even soda....

+: I actually chose this hotel because I was part of the team that organized an event there in 2023. One of the most memorable aspects was the food, however my husband and i both got food poisoning after eating octopus at the Steakhouse. We had to unfortunately cut out trip short.

-: 1)Tener que ir al Market a buscar snacks para la habitación en base a puntos muy limitados y el restante tener que costearlo, cuando uno entiende que debe incluirse en la reserva.2) En las bañeras, estábamos en la habitación 3205 exactamente, no hay donde colocar las toallas cerca de la ducha, por lo que hay que moverse y mojar el piso en su defecto. 3) Higienizar con frecuencia los baños comunes próximos al lobby, tenían mal olor y llenos de papeles sucios.4) Mejorar la calidad de las margaritas ofrecidas, probamos unas en Prestige Traveless, totalmente diferentes a la de todo el Hotel.
