-: - Unfortunately, many of the staff seemed upset and were not very kind or welcoming to tourists.- We had a particularly bad experience at the BRGR restaurant. The waiter was very rude and made us wait for an hour only to bring the wrong order.- The resort itself needs better maintenance; some parts of our room were damaged.- One day, our room wasn't cleaned by 3 pm. When I spoke to the manager, instead of resolving the issue, he argued with me.- The cleaning service is poor. Towels were very dirty, of bad quality, and even black in color.
