+: I loved the staff. Junior, Donar, Josefina, Teodoro were amazing. The grounds are beautiful and right next to the beach. Everything is super clean, and you can walk in all the premium restaurants without a reservation. The new buildings are gorgeous and have concierge services included. We had a swim up room and it was nice near the beach. The staff makes the experience unforgettable. They are genuinely kind people and cater to your every needs.
-: Honestly the hotel is great alot of children because it is a family resort. If you want to have adult fun you can go to Breathless right next door.

+: It was a very beautiful property, the facilities were updated and very clean. There was so much to do and so many options. The staff were amazing, our concierge Breilin was so helpful and incredibly nice. He made the stay so easy for us and even had the room decorated to celebrate us. A few other standout employees were Wilber, Minnie Mouse(Denise), Cappuccino and Roche. They were so entertaining and enthusiastic the whole trip. Wilber gave us so many recommendations for new music and he made every cart trip amazing. The rest of the crew were so great at their job and we truly enjoyed the stay.
