+: Es grande ,comodo tiene todo bien hubicado.
-: El mal olor en los cuarto ,asensor y restaurantes a humedad ,aires de cuarto no se sentia ,la nevera de el cuarto todo lo q habia siempre estaba caliente,se ordeno una comida para el cuarto nunca llego,se marca el 0 para asistencia nunca contestaban y los carritos nunca pasaba por las area más lejos.

+: The resort was absolutely beautiful. Our butler Dargeny was the absolute best!!! There is plenty to do on resort. But make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes. The food was good especially Suka and Dolce de Vita. The Privilege lounge was nice and so was the privilege side of the beach(Balinese beds) helped to block the sun. Also, daily hydrotherapy was amazing and peaceful.
-: No complaints!!! I just know to have better walking shoes but that’s on me.

+: Very friendly staff, the room was very spacious, and the restaurants were really good, especially Sakura. Also, the pools were really fun.
-: The cleaning crew barely cleaned our room, and we found pieces of fake nails in our bathroom from a past guest or the staff. Also, room service took more than an hour to arrive, and the food was always cold. The buffet wasn't that great. Most of the food was cold or felt a bit old. The check-in process was long!

+: Nosotros habíamos ido el año pasado. Nos quedamos en el de adulto. Mis hijos querian ir este año, nos pidieron una recomendación y sin pensarlo mucho, Ocean El Faro pero el familiar porque habían niños. La pasamos super bien.

-: El cuarto lo entregaron sucio y los primeros días no reemplazaron las toallas de la habitación. El hotel no cuenta con seguridad, ya que en el área de la piscina me robaron 3 artículos personales y cuando haces las gestiones con el hotel te indican que no pueden hacer nada.
