-: Breakfast no Room service

+: - The staff that works at the reception are nice (speaks English) - Accepts credit card, but it's more expensive when using an international credit card - Location- very convenient, next to Plaza Internacional (banks, Claro for SIM card), lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and a 10-min. walk to the Caribe Tours and Metro bus stations - Breakfast- light, 3 options (sandwich, omelette, or mangú), juice, and coffee- was very fast and delicious

-: - Will not check you in before 2pm- I stayed here twice and they wouldn't let me check-in early - The shower area had hair on the floor and was not properly cleaned before me - They won't give extra towels or more soapshampoo- they actually refillreuse the soapshampoo liquid bottles which seems unsanitary - The housekeeping does not speak English and seemed annoyed when I needed extra towels (which she wouldn't give me- she would only limit me to 2 and I had to exchange the dirty towels for clean ones) - My room did not face the main street, but it was still extremely loud with the noise from motorbikes and etc. - No elevator, breakfast is located at the top level of the building

+: Cama grande y confortable, agua caliente, céntrico, buen desayuno.

-: No se podía ver la TV salvo por Internet, por estar averiada la caja del cable y no nos la cambiaron. No hay ascensor y el comedor para desayunar está en la 4ª planta.
