+: Excelente, pero no me dieron lo que yo compré. Y la culpa es de Booking a quien llame reiteradas veces y nunca me solucionaron nada. No me dieron la habitación que compré.

-: De la propiedad en sí no es. El problema se origina porque no tenían la habitación y me movieron a otro complejo, que yo no hubiese sacado. Booking me debería compensar por este problema.

-: Atendimento péssimo. Tudo só funciona na base da gorjeta. Qualidade da comida bem ruim, exceto alguns restaurantes temáticos. Qualidade das bebidas pior ainda.

-: Das Essen war allenfalls Durchschnitt. Das Dinner anlässlich einer großen Veranstaltung war grauenhaft. Das Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption war weitestgehend inkompentent. Man hatte generell den Eindruck, dass es an der Ausbildung des Personals vollends mangelt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war mangelhaft. Das war leider eine meiner schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen obwohl es eines der teuersten Hotels war, in denen ich je abgestiegen bin.
