Solaz Boutique Hotel is set on Punta Popy Beach in Las Terrenas Town and features a terrace, an extensive garden and a private beach area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property.

+: Continental breakfast included. Quite good, too! Manager was very nice. Cook made me hot water in the early a.m.easy place to have a drink and watch waves. Swimming beach and restaurants easily walkable. Room had a safe.

-: For first floor room, I would've wanted sturdier lock on the door. But there was a safe in the room. Just ask the manager for the insertable lock with key. The maids turned down beds but didn't clean bathroom. Loud music during afternoon and evening hours. Hotel has an open air restaurant which is beautifully done but there was a karaoke scene just yards from my door. Not ideal for weary traveller resting. The party stopped at 9:30pm or so but bring ear plugs.

+: ¡La ubicación es IDEAL! Los desayunos en una mesa prácticamente sobre la playa son hermosos, y la buena vibra del personal también :) La piscina es perfecta para cerrar el día después de varias horas de playa.
