+: (chile) primero q todo el precio y la ubicación estupendala habitación espaciosa, baño cómodo y con ACdebajo el restaurante abierto 247 con personal súper súper amable. el desayuno rico. buena limpieza.Nuestra habitación poco ruido la verdad x el precio tuvimos más de lo esperado.

-: nos costó mucho dar con el lugar exacto xq no tiene el nombre a la vista y el admin tenía el teléfono apagado casi de milagro y por la amabilidad de los dominicanos es q llegamos después de 40 min buscando. tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua caliente pero lo solucionaron rápido y el admin oficial solo apareció el último día más encima creyendo que debíamos 1 día.a mejorar: la atención administrativa al llegar.

-: Um pouco dificil de achar onde fica o hostel. Poderia ter uma placa ou sinal indicando qual é o hostel e onde fica a recepcao.

+: perfect location. clean rooms with en-suite toilet. hostel is located next to a hostel that does live music and delicious local breakfast.comfortable beds, nice air con and place next to many shops and restaurants. just a few minutes walk to the beach

+: Other people that works there in restaurants and a guy who helps with parking and security are really nice and helpful people.Breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable.

-: They didn't gave me option for late checkout or let me to leave my bags after check-out. And the answer on all of that from their boss was really unpolite and rude. He said that only option is to leave at 11 am or pay for extra day. And if I don't like it I should go and find some better place to stay. I couldn't believe. Other thing, I had really bad WiFi signal, or in my room - no signal, most of the time so it was hard to work if you are not downstairs in the bar. Also, I was without water every day for some times. Luckily I had my showers on time so it didn't made too much trouble for me, but still it is not pleasant.Cleaning lady's behave inappropriate and enter the room (without knocking) even when I was in a room half naked. They are nice people and they clean room good but still they need to learn what is the time to enter the room. Once they even let my door unlocked.

-: Muchas cosas no me han gustado, por 2 noches enseguida no hubo agua en la duchaEl manager me dice esperar...a la. Media Hora nada. Tenia una cita. Y ademas ese supuestamente jerente (no creo que tenga experiencia en eso) cuando le pesi de cambiar cuarto me dijo que es tarde por hacer el checkout a las 12.30,eso es hasta las 12.que guevon un cliente no tiene agua y el no quiere mudarlo en otro cuarto. Hasta me dijo porque no has venido antes!? Yo vine a las 10 y el no estaba. Muy grossero ese Jose' y ademas muy Bobo.Lo unico bueno los cocineros y el seguridad

+: Dass ich nur eine Nacht dort sein musste

-: Es war schrecklich! Kaum zu finden, da es einen anderen Namen hat. Extrem unfreundliches Personal. Kakerlaken im Zimmer, keine Möglichkeit seine Wertgegenstände einzusperren. Zimmer dreckig und das schlimmste- es ist extrem laut. Unmöglich zu schlafen bei dieser Lautstärke des dazugehörigen Lokals. Ich rate jedem ab dort hinzugehen. Bei Problemen, die ich ansprach- zum Beispiel dass man das Hostel nicht findet wenn es einen anderen Namen trägt wurde nur mit den Schultern gezuckert. Nie wieder!

+: Las dos opciones de desayuno que ofrecen son muy ricas y balanceadas, el personal es muy amable y el hostel tiene una buena ubicación cerca a la Playa Bavaro. Muy recomendado

-: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.
