Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Relax Studios Deluxe Pool Wifi Beach 4* 2024-2025 Dominican Republic, Punta Cana

+: We liked the location. Enjoyed the patio every night. The maintenance men were great. We also enjoyed the pool. There was daily work done on the yard and pool daily. The bed was comfy. All the lights worked well.

-: We were told that the cleaning staff would be in every other day but they never came once in the 6 days we were there. One night when we wanted to make coffee we noticed water still in the machine. When we dumped it out all kinds off decayed tea leaves came out too. The shower took a long time to warm up and sometimes never did. The toilets flushed well but I think the plumbing was quite old because it made all kinds of clunking noises at night.

+: Se trata de un alojamiento sencillo, con una piscina sencilla. Las habitaciones pequeñas: cocina, camas, nevera (al lado de la cama) en un mismo espacio. Por el precio, quedé satisfecho. Está a 10 minutos caminando de una hermosa playa, y la caminata es segura y agradable, sea de día o noche. Para ir con niños es excelente, pues es familiar y uno se divierte viendo a los niños jugar. El aseo fue bueno y el wi-fi no de mucho alcance. Al rededor mucho sitios para comer y para comprar (farmacias, colmado, licorerías, restaurantes, etc).

-: Creo que por el precio, todo estaba acorde. Mi recomendación: es muy práctico cocinar en Punta Cana, pues se ahorra mucho dinero y las instalaciones de este hotel, por lo menos mi habitación, tenía para cocinar, todo muy pequeño, pero fue algo práctico.

-: Didn’t like nothing about this property. Staff has no respect, talking hard to each other and has no respect for the guest. Staff kids and other locals was swimming and screaming all day in the pool. Kids was asking us for food. Staff and security asking money all the time again and again. Housekeeping lady has no manners, be opening our door without even knocking.

-: moisture smell in the room.water from the shower is smelly too.swimming pool water was warm and not clean.wifi so weak to non existent.Their location at the beach to get free lounge chairs, put reserved signs for long chair so that they can sell them for outside customers. I had to rent out one from the next door location for 5$ USD a day security guard at the gate explicitly asking for tips and stuff when leaving the property

+: Everything was exceptional. My friends and I were looking for a place to relax, and this location was perfect. It is located close to the Los Corales, the beach, and several restaurants which made it perfect for our needs. Whenever we needed anything, front desk was readily available to help us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient vacation spot.

+: Hotel außen sehr gepflegt. Personal freundlich.

-: Möbel abgewohnt. Gehört ausgetauscht. Badezimmer ekelig. Dusche hat nicht funktioniert.
