+: Las habitaciones muy limpias ,pero las escaleras la estaban pintando y sin letrero un familiar se pintó la ropa

-: La terraza ,no está acta para recibir personas

+: El Sr. Alejandro de recepción, tenía un trato atento y cordial con los usuarios

-: Las sabanas estaban con pelos, solicitamos cambio y la que nos llevaron estaba quemada. Solicitamos agua caliente y tuvimos que ir a la cocina a calentar agua dentro de un microonda. La cocina estaba toda asquerosa mi marido vio un ratón y mi cuñada vi 2 ratones, estos estaban atrapados en una trampa pegajosa. debe ir el servicio de salud o sanidad para que le supervisé el lugar y se lo cierre por insalubre. Gracias a Dios, yo no vi los ratones porque les tengo una fobia.
