-: Elevators were not working so even going to the last floor (3rd floor) was tiring. Also when being picked up by a car service it was too much of a hassle with not knowing where they would be allowed to enter and just locating the driver.

+: Todo el personal es muy amable y siempre tienen una sonrisa, eso hace de la estancia mucho mas agradable, la playa es bella. El Bartender que esta cerca de las piscina es lo mas chulo que existe, prepara los mejores trago y recuerda el trago de todos los clientes. Hizo las mejores Piñas Coladas para mi. Actualmente el hotel esta en remodelación pero aun así todo fue perfecto.
